Join Farm Aid as we count down the days to our 30th anniversary with our fundraising auction! These are just a few of the one-of-a-kind items available now through September 22, Farm Aid’s 30th birthday:
Farm Aid friend Jack Johnson has signed a KoAloha ukulele just for you! KoAloha is regarded in Hawaii and all around the world as one of the premier ukulele builders. Their ukes have a unique tone that is vibrant and wonderful for many styles.
This one-of-a-kind Farm Aid 30th Anniversary guitar was completely hand built by Inlay artist and Luthier Tracy Cox at Inlay Design Studio. This guitar was built in the tradition of some of the world’s finest and most desirable guitars from the early twentieth century, with a traditional 12-fret neck joint, slotted head stock, and period correct appointments. The finest materials were selected including ADK. red spruce bracing voiced by hand for optimum strength and responsiveness. This instrument was built utilizing old stock Mahogany for its body construction and the sound board adding to the warmth and richness of its tonal character. Tracy then added his custom inlay and artistic designs creating an instrument that is as much a work of art commemorating Farm Aid’s 30th anniversary as it is an instrument constructed for optimum play-ability and tone.
Hang a piece of Farm Aid history in your home, with this print from the first concert in 1985 signed by our board artists, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews. They have been standing with family farmers for 30 years. Help Farm Aid continue working to keep family farmers on the land by bidding now.
